I am a female, 5'5'', 135 lbs, 21 years old.
I want to loose 10 lbs by the end of October...Any suggestions? I cannot limit my sugar or carb in take....and I am not a big protein person....
For exercise, I have weak ankles so I am unable to run to extent multiple times a week...

Try this, its a gud way to lose 3-5kgs in 7 days. It鈥檚 a start, the rest is upto you after this.
day 1 - only fruits (avoid bananas %26amp; milk)
day 2 - only veggies (avoid any kinda oil or fat)
day 3 - mix of fruit %26amp; veggies (avoid any kinda oil or fat or bananas %26amp; milk)
day 4 - only bananas %26amp; milk nothing else
day 5 - u feast on a cup of rice %26amp; six tomatoes %26amp; 12 glasses of water
day 6 - only veggies %26amp; 1cup of rice
day 7 - 1 cup rice, fruit juice and the vegetables you care to consume. Tomorrow morning you will be 3-5 Kgs lighter than 1 week ago.
Things to remember %26amp; (strictly) follow during the seven day program:
鈥o smoking or drinking during this period
鈥rink a lot of water during the diet period (minimum of 8 to 10 glasses per day)
鈥trictly no oily food or in-between junk food during the diet period
